You should be ashamed naming an award after an avowed Nazi!!

I consider, that you are mistaken. Let’s discuss it. Write to me in PM, we will talk.

It is very a pity to me, I can help nothing to you. But it is assured, that you will find the correct decision. Do not despair.

Between us speaking, in my opinion, it is obvious. Try to look for the answer to your question in google.com

Why is there an award named after a serious / real life Nazi? Maybe y’all can change the name and honor someone who wasn’t a fascist…? Just a thought, it’s not a good look.

You should be disgusted that you have an award named after a Nazi. Name it after literally anyone else who has contributed to the field and wasn’t a member of the SS. As a Jewish person, I would not want to be involved in an organization that overlooks war crimes and human rights atrocities.

Dr. Debus was a forefather to the United States space program. Our organization has updated the award name to Space Heroes and Legends.
